PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a single holding structure to be surely and firmly supported in a horizontal state and to be smoothly folded by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A base body 2 has a fitting section 16 to which the rear section 3a is fitted when a folding member 1 is supported horizontally, and a fitting section 15 to which the rear part is fitted when it is folded downward, and a long hole 23 through which a support shaft 19 is inserted is formed on the central part to the rear vicinity of the folding member. An elastic member 26 is contained in the long hole, and one end abuts on the support shaft and the other end on one end of the long hole. The folding member is energized to the rear direction by elastic force of the elastic member, and the rear section is fitted to the fitting section by this energizing force in the state in which the folding member is folded horizontally or downward. A guide piece on which the rear section abuts and along which the rear section is guided is disposed between the two fitting sections in the process of folding the folding member from horizontal to downward after the rear section is pulled out from the fitting section by pulling the folding member against the energization.
