PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building board on the surface of which concave patterns are formed, where concave-convex patterns are positively expressed. SOLUTION: A building board T has even convex parts 1, and a concave part comprised of a bottom part 2 and four slanting parts 3, 4, 5 and 6 located in right, left, front and rear side faces of the even convex part 1 to form it. Sand 10 is belt-shapely scattered in a stripe form in a longitudinal direction on the bottom parts 2. As a result, with changing illumination light (a spectral distribution and a direction of illumination light) on an external wall of a building, a decorative design which is displayed by not only the convex parts but also the concave parts changes, and a contrast between both parts is satisfactorily displayed, which was not displayed before, so that an excellent design effect can uniquely be presented as the whole external wall of the building.
