PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave control lamination material for effectively preventing electromagnetic interference in electronic equipment, especially that by a magnetic field, a method for shielding fluctuation magnetic field and electromagnetic waves using it, and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A lamination material is formed by laminating a soft magnetic metal foil with an initial permeability of 5,000 or higher and a magnetic powder layer consisting of a magnetic particle and a connecting material. In this case, the soft magnetic metal foil preferably consists of an iron alloy including at least one type of element being selected from a group consisting of Al, Mg, Co, Ni, Mo, B, Si, Sr, and Nb. The above magnetic particles preferably contain 50-100 wt.% magnetic particles whose particle diameter 100μm or longer.
