PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently judge an IC card holder with high reliability, to add a security function to information data possessed in an IC card as needed and to make even a handicapped person able to perform utilization. SOLUTION: This system 100 is provided with an information data storage memory area, a registration data storage memory area for storing fuzzy data expressed by the fuzzy vectors of an input pattern for authenticating the IC card holder as registration data and a data processor 105 for computing the similarity degree of the fuzzy data for input collation for which input data inputted from the outside through the interface of an IC card main body are converted to the same form as the registration data and the fuzzy data of the registration data and inputting and outputting the information data through the interface 103 in the case that the similarity degree is larger than a prescribed value.
