<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent neck-in of a melt resin film extruded from T-dies when the resin film is coated on a metal plate by disposing between the T-dies and coater rollers two pairs of blowing means for blowing high-pressurized air to both the ends of the melt resin film extruded from the T-dies. SOLUTION: Nozzle 5, 5' for blowing right and left two pairs of air stream are provided directly under T-dies 2. Blowing high-pressurized air to both edges 3a of the melt resin film 3 prevents the width of the resin film 3 from contracting. The resin film 3 of the part where the high-pressurized air is not blown of the nozzle 5 is sandwiched along with a metal plate 1 by coater roller 4, 4' provided so as to have a rotational axis parallel in the lower surface of the T-dies 2 directly under the nozzle 5, thereby forming a resin coating metal plate 6 having a part 7 comprising only integrally overlapped resin films blown with the high-pressurized air by the nozzle 5 forced out of the metal plate 1 at both the sides. Thus neck-in of the melt resin film in prevented.</p> |
