<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a throughput of a standardized substance in an analyzer and to shorten an inspecting time by transmitting rays of near infrared and near visible ray wavelengths while a biological sample liquid is sucked into a tip and the tip is mounted at a probe. SOLUTION: Optical fibers 98, 98' are connected to a spectrophotometer having a light source and a detector. A tip 48 is mounted at a probe 46 to dispense part of a biological sample liquid collected from a primary acquisition container on an inspecting element or therein. Before the tip 48 is inserted into a holder, rays of near infrared and near visible wavelengths are transmitted to detect a standardized substance in the liquid while it is in an inspecting station 82 having a cavity 84 for not transmitting the rays. A concentration of detected substance and the transmitted rays are correlated, and part of the rays transmitted through the tip 48 is subjected to a spectrophotometric analysis with a plurality of wavelengths, and hence a value of a derived function of an absorbance is calculated in terms of a function of a wavelength.</p> |
