PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an abnormality with high accuracy and to surely stop a pump in the occurrence of an abnormality by detecting the electric current of a pump and the voltage of a power source circuit, setting a reference value on the basis of the detected voltage value, and judging an abnormality by comparing the set reference value with the detected current value. SOLUTION: A pump 6 is mounted on a hot water circulation path formed by connecting a suction opening 4 and a jetting opening 5 outside a bathtub 3, and a control box 7 is connected to this pump 6. This control box 7 comprises a circuit 8 for detecting the operational current value of the pump 6, a circuit 9 for detecting the driving voltage of a power source circuit 11 for supplying the driving current of the pump 6, or the like. In a case when the abnormality is generated by the suction of foreign matter into the suction opening 4, and the current value of the pump 6 is changed, a reference value is determined on the basis of the detected voltage in a controller 10, and the reference value is compared with the detected current value. As a result, the abnormality is judged, for example, when the current value is over the reference value, whereby the switch 12 is turned off to stop the pump 6.
