PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow plural network management systems(NMS) to cooperate and manage without overlapping operations when the plural NMSs manage the same network. SOLUTION: A cooperation management platform 100 which owns the management information of each NMS and the definition information of the management information jointly is provided. The platform 100 operates on a network and has a function of regularly collecting and summing coping situation of traps and events of each NMS and of reflecting the summed results on data on which the coping situation to the traps and events of each NMS is recorded and has a function of acquiring the definition information of the management information from each NMS, checking whether they agree to each other and of matching the definition information to a specific NMS among NMSs.
