PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the notebook type personal computer equipped with a key switch device which can hold a key stroke large. SOLUTION: A holder member 107 is molded out of resin by injecting resin into the specific gap formed between a specific upper die and a specific lower die by making the parts below a rotation lock part 127 and a slide lock part 128 open to enable the upper and lower dies to be released upward and downward simply, a rotation lock part 127 which locks 1st lock pins 112A and 112B of a 1st link 104 rotatably and a slide lock part 128 which locks 2nd lock pins 114A and 114B of a 2nd link 105 slidably can simply be formed on the holder member 107, and a lower end part and an upper end part including the 1st lock pins 112A and 112B of the 1st link 104 and a lower end part and an upper end part including the 2nd lock pins 114A and 114B of the 2nd link 105 are formed thinner than a center part including a crossing part in side elevation view.
