PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce in weight and size an apparatus, by driving a mechanism for holding a plug and a mechanism for pushing the plug by a simple motor or the like. SOLUTION: A mechanism for holding a plug 4 and a mechanism for pushing the plug 4 are driven by one motor 9. That is, the motor 9 moves up a pushing arm 11 via a belt 10, and moves a push plate 12 upward at a pin 13 as a fulcrum. Then, a shaft 14 is raised up via a spring 18. The plug 4 is held by pawls of a link arm 17. Thereafter, when the arm 11 is moved down to move the plate 12 at the pin 13 as a fulcrum, the shaft 14 is moved down, and a link arm 16 separates the plug 4 by opening at the pin 17 as a fulcrum. Simultaneously, an ejector pin 21 is pressed down by the shaft 14 to hit the plug 4 attracted to the pawls 7 to drop it. Thus, a driving origin of holding the plug 4 and a driving origin of the mechanism for hitting to drop the plug 4 are integrated to one.
