PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lubrication property-testing device for simulating a lubrication property in the high-speed rolling of an emulsion rolling oil. SOLUTION: A device is composed of a strip-driving device 5 for driving rollers 1 and 2 while hooking an endless strip 3 between two rollers 1 and 2 where rotary shafts 1a and 2a are parallel and for giving a specific driving speed to the strip 3, an emulsion spray nozzle 7 that is arranged at the upper or lower portion of the endless strip 3 and sprays an emulsion rolling oil 6 onto the surface of the strip 3, and an air blow nozzle 8 that is arranged at a position being separated, by a specific distance L, from the rear part of the driving direction of the strip 3 of the emulsion spray nozzle 7 and blows the non-transferred emulsion 6 on the strip 3.
