PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable drying in the indoor side even in a cold district and secure the auxiliary space for housekeeping working and a cookroom by providing a sunroom arranging a light transmission plate material on only the wall face part opposed on the outdoor side in the cookroom or in the neighborhood of a utility room and providing a roof for covering the whole upper part of the sunroom. SOLUTION: A cookroom 8 and a utility room are adjacently provided, and a sunroom 2 is provided at a position facing the outdoor side through a utility room and a rotating door 4. A light transmission plate material 20 is stretched over a substantially entire face on the front wall part 17 and one side wall part 18 of the sunroom 2, sunlight is taken in to provide a ceiling including a normal ceiling material, and the sunroom 2 is made a closed space. Since a large amount of the outdoor sunlight can be taken in the sunroom 2, a drying place is set even in winter, and washing can be dried good. In addition, fuel or various preparations are housed in the sunroom 2, which can be used as a service yard, and it is convenient.
