PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple scaffold capable of stably bearing workers and, at the same time, simplifying its structure. SOLUTION: A simply scaffold 10 is constituted of main pats such as a scaffold main body 16 provided on passage floors 38, a vertical support 22 taking bearing reaction force to both up and down passage floors 38 through jacks 24 mounted to the scaffold main body 16 and a plurality of brackets 26 for mounting a scaffold board 28 borne on the scaffold main body 16 in a rotatable manner and having a projected state in the case it is used. Accordingly, the brackets 26 for mounting the scaffold board 28 are only located to the passage floors 38 and the outside of a handrail 40, and since the brackets 26 can be surely borne on the scaffold main body 16, workers can be stably supported. Since the simple scaffold is not so constituted that it is placed in the direction of the height of a building in a state to link together, scaffold structure can be simplified.
