PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly connect panels of the same height or different height to each other, and to prevent unexpected disconnection thereof. SOLUTION: An arm 22 having a flange 23 at the forward end is rotatably connected to the pivot shaft 21 of a turning lever 22. The right and left lateral ends of the flange 23 are slidably coupled to a pair of right and left grooves vertically extended on the vertical frame member 6 of a mating panel 1, and the turning lever 20 is operated to hold the coupled state in such a way that that an eccentric cam 24 at the base end of the turning lever 20 is pressed to the rear side of the rail 6a of the vertical frame member 6 of the panel 1 facing the vertical member 6 of the mating panel 1. The engagement pin 32 of the turning lever 20 is coupled to the upward-open guide groove 31 of a holding frame body 29 mounted in the coping 7 of the mating panel 1, and is prevented from being detached from the guide groove 31 via an engagement tooth 33 at the forward end of a hook body 30 advancing to and retreating from the holding frame body 29.
