摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a steam adsorption type air conditioner system which can conserve energy with high efficiency by enlarging an operating range of the system. SOLUTION: An adsorption tank 62 is connected to an evaporator 14 and a condenser 16 via a first switching valve 64 and a second switching valve 66, and a compressor 84 is connected to a third switching valve 86 and a fourth switching valve 88. Further, a heating medium downstream side of the tank 62 is connected to a heating medium upstream side of the compressor 84 via a bypass pipeline 90 having a fifth switching valve 92 on the way. Accordingly, in the case that operating modes of a steam compression type air conditioner and a steam adsorption type air conditioner are not only obtained, but also an adsorbent can be dried even when an external heat source temperature is low by pressure reducing the tank 62 by using the compressor 84 in the case that the external heat source temperature is unstable.
