PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block spreading of mud water along the under surface of a floor plate during washing of a floor plate or the like and to improve workability during washing. SOLUTION: A drain pipe 24 communicated with a drain hole 22 is arranged in a protruding downward state on a floor plate 19 and a drain hole 26 positioned right below the drain pipe 24 is formed in an under cover 25 positioned under the floor plate 19. This constitution causes a flow of mud water, generated during washing of the floor plate 19, in the pipe 24 through the drain hole 22. After it is discharged from the lower end part 24A of the drain pipe 24, it is discharged in a position below the under cover 25 through the drain hole 26. Thereby, a part of the mud water is prevented from flowing along the under surface of the floor plate 19 and fouling of the under surface of the floor plate 19 throughout a wide range. Further, a need for a work to remove the under cover 25 during washing is eliminated and workability during washing is improved.
