By compressing the compression spring 92 by pressing the release button 74, The energization of the compression spring coil 92 on the detent member 38 is released by compressing the compression spring 92 by pressing the compression button 74, and only the energization force of the compression spring 94 is exerted on the detent member 38 and the detent member 38 to lower the detent member 38. In this case, since only the energization force of the compression coil spring 94 is exerted on the detent member 38, a strength is suppressed to a low value.
