PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a sunshade portion to function with the minimum area by providing a cylindrical support section on an easily removable fixing tool, and rotatably supporting part of a spindle fixed with the sunshade on it. SOLUTION: A sunshade 1 is made of a rectangular material having the area of 1/3 -1/4 of a normal sun visor and shielding direct sunlight, and it is lightweight. A notch 11 is provided on one long side, and a clip is stored. A cylindrical support section is fixed to one side 4 of a pair of grip sections 3, 4 of the clip so that the center axis in the longitudinal direction is made nearly parallel with the axis of a hinge, a spindle 6 is inserted into the inner diameter section of the support section, and the spindle 6 is fixed along one end of the notch 11 side of the sunshade 1. The support section is preferably made of an elastic material such as rubber, and sizes are selected so that its inner diameter and the outer shape of the spindle 6 give a light fastening margin. The clip rotatably supports the sunshade 1 so that it can be held at an optional position in its rotating range.
