PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for an automobile simplified to reduce cost and size, capable of improving performance at cooling time while ensuring an air mix property during temperature conditioning time. SOLUTION: The air-conditioner has a warm air passage H heating a flow of cold air in a case C to flow through a heater core 4, first cold air passage B1 allowing cold air to flow upward in the case C by bypassing the heater core 4, second cold air passage B 2 allowing cold air to flow downward in the case C by bypassing the heater core 4, first mix door 5 adjusting an opening of the warm air passage H, upstream inlet 8 of the second cold air passage B2, and the first cold air passage B1, and a second mix door 6 adjusting an opening of the second cold air passage B2.
