PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently treat the surface of a vegetable laminated body board with recessed part defects into a smooth, beautiful and dense one. SOLUTION: This method for finishing the surface of a laminated body comprises a method wherein a paper is bonded on a surface layer of a lignocellulose material with recessed part defects through an adhesive contg. an inorg. filler and/or an org. filler and the paper is removed by abrasion after drying to make the whole surface of the board smooth and dense. In addition, it may be possible that a paper is bonded on a surface layer of a board with a surface layer prepd. by using stems of grass family plants with recessed part defects through an adhesive contg. an inorg. filler and/or an org. filler and the paper is removed by abrasion after drying.
