PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adverse influence of storage of rain water at a bottom of a body to an electric component in a hot water boiler for circulating to supply hot water to a hot water heater (hot water heating floor, a fan convector or the like). SOLUTION: An air intake port 13 is formed at a body 2. A cover 16 is mounted at an inside of the port 13, and a vent space 18 is formed. A vent port 17 is formed at the cover 16 to communicate the space 18 with an inner space of the body 2. A drain port 15 is formed at the body 2 to communicate a lower end of the space 18 with an external space of the body 2. Thus, combustion air introduced from the port 13 is input from the port 17 into the body 2 via the space 18, while rain water introduced from a drain port 15 is drained out of the body 2 from the port 15 via the space 18. Thus the water is not stored at the bottom of the body 2.
