PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe packing assembly greatly reducing the cost and amount of materials, and a packing method. SOLUTION: The assembly 30 of syringes 22 includes a first layer 32 surrounding the syringes. The first layer retains the syringes in an orientation such that some of the syringes have first larger ends aligned with the second smaller ends of the remaining syringes. The first layer also protects the syringes from external contamination. A second layer 34 surrounds the first layer and protects the first layer from external contamination. The syringes and the first layer are preferably sterilized within the second layer 34. |
