PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that obtains a sure and stable contact state with a contact member and that has excellent durability and operability, and high transfer property. SOLUTION: This image forming device is constituted so that the image carrier 140 of a flexible thin cylindrical shape is supported by a pair of disk shape members rotatably attached to a shaft 110 that itself is not rotated. It is attached to the shaft 110 by its inside, and a backup drum supporting the image carrier 140 from the inside. It is rotatably disposed inside thereof, and the contact position a cleaning member and a charging roller are held in contact to the image carrier 140 from the outside via a eccentric bush with regard to the shaft 110, and the length of the backup drum is made longer than the intermediate transfer belt 36. |
