PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free access floor bearing leg capable of adjusting difference in height and inclination of a panel pedestal to make the whole surface of a floor panel to be laid as the same height and, at the same time, laying the floor panel on the panel pedestal in a stable state without making shaky. SOLUTION: The upper surface of a holding nut 3 screwed in a bearing bolt 2 projected to the upper surface of a base plate 1 in a vertically movable manner is made as a recessed and curved surface, a holding section 4a having a projected and curved surface coming into contact with the recessed and curved surface of the holding nut 3 is provided in the lower surface of a panel pedestal 4 of a floor panel P in a state capable of being displaced, at the same time, a holding section 4b having the recessed and curved surface is provided in the upper surface of the panel pedestal 4, and a through-hole 5 having a diameter larger than an outside diameter of the bearing bolt 2 is provided between both holding sections 4a and 4b. A tap nut 6 on the lower surface as the projected and curved surface coming into contact with the recessed and curved surface of the holding section 4b in a state capable of being displaced is screwed in the bearing bolt 2.
