PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the execution method of a gate and a fence, by which the gate and the fence can be executed so that the appearance of the gate or the fence can be finished finely, simply and firmly in a short period without requiring skill and special technique at the time of the execution of works and without needing paint spray, mortar finish, etc. for improving appearance. SOLUTION: Pipe supports 1 are driven to a ground surface GL, to which exteriors such as the gate and the fence are executed, at regular intervals by using scale plates 2, which function as bases in combination and in which the places of support erection are determined, the perpendicularity of the pipe supports 1 is adjusted and the pipe supports 1 are fixed and self-supported, and exterior members 4, to which support inserting holes 4H are bored and which are changed into panels, are inserted from the upper ends of the pipe supports 1. The insides of the support inserting holes 4H of the exterior members 4 are filled with mortar 5 while filling mortar 5 is flowed in so as to cover the upper and lower surfaces of the scale plates 2, and the lower sections of the exterior members 4 and a foundation 6 are built integrally.
