<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily releasing the locking of a gate even if there are many or heavy loads in a load-carrying platform of a carrier vehicle or a container or the like loaded in the carrier vehicle or the like. SOLUTION: A swing hook 4 provided with a hook part 4a engaged with a locking pin 8 fixed to a gate 2 and a handle part 4b is swingingly supported by a spring 5 so as to take a locking or unlocking posture, the spindle 9 of the swing hook 4 is located on the extension line of the motion track of the locking pin 8 during a gate opening/closing operation, the outside of the hook part 4 is set as a cam part 4a' operated to apply the abutting force of the locking pin 8 to shift from the motion track thereof during a gate opening/ closing operation when the swing hook 4 takes the locking posture, and the inside of the hook part 4a is set at a straight part 4a' orthogonal to the motion track of the locking pin 8 during the gate opening/closing operation when the swing hook 4 is in a locked position.</p> |
