PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowoff apparatus in which the manufacturing cost and the running cost are reduced, and the amount of injection is increased. SOLUTION: A mixer 2 is adapted such that a stirring rotor 8 is concentrically disposed in a cylindrical body 7, and a lower end of the stirring rotor 8 is supported on a bearing 19. A screw 15 and two kinds of stirring blades 16, 17 are provided on the stirring rotor 8. A negative pressure type injector 29 is disposed on a lower end of the body 7. A monolithic refractory B in the mixer 2 is sucked from an exhaust outlet 10 owing to negative pressure caused by injecting compressed air from an injection pipe 31 in the vicinity of the exhaust outlet 10, and is injected from a nozzle 33 together with the compressed air.
