PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition capable of forming a coating film excellent in intercoat peelability, staining resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance by compounding a polyetherpolyol-modified acrylic copolymer with an amino resin and an epoxy resin in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: This composition contains 50-94 pts.wt. polyetherpolyol-modified acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing 5-94.8 wt.% (meth)acrylic ester of formula I (wherein R1 is H or methyl; and R2 is a 1-8C hydrocarbon group) with 4-50 wt.% hydroxyl-containing vinyl monomer; 0.2-7 wt.% carboxyl- containing monomer represented by any one of formulae II, III, and IV (wherein R3, R4, and R5 are each H or a 1-12C hydrocarbon group), 0-80 wt.% other copolymerizable vinyl monomers, and 1-30 wt.% polyetherpolyol and having a hydroxyl value of 20-100 mgKOH/g, an acid value of 0.1-40 mgKOH/g, and a weight-average molecular weight of 3,000-100,000; 5-50 pts.wt. amino resin; and 1-40 pts.wt. epoxy resin (the total of the three components is 100 pts.wt.).
