PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new handle cover for operating a pachinko stand at which an unspecified number of the general public play the game in order to get rid of a bad feeling which is felt by a new player who touches directly an operating handle. SOLUTION: An operating handle cover 1 is made of a thin sheet-shaped or a mesh and grid-made sheet of which material is highly expandable and extensive, e.g. paper pulp, urethane foam and the like. It is shaped semi- hemispheric and consists of an opening part 2 from which a projection of a rotation adjusting ring around a controlling handle for each thumb's hanging on are exposed. Before a game starts, the operating handle cover 1 is expanded, covered at an operating handle and kept itself there.
