PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate off-running of a safety pin after inserting and holding a curved pin almost the same as or slightly larger than the gap width of the inserting gap of an inverse U-shape pin holder by equipped one leg part of the backside plate of a badge, ornament, etc., with the inverse U-shape pin holder having an inserting gap. SOLUTION: An inverse U-shape pin holder 11 with an about 0.8 mm high inserting gap on one leg part is disposed on the backside plate 10 of a badge, ornament, etc. The backside plate 10, is for instance, made of blue opaque polypropylene resin to have an about 25.8 mmϕand about 3.8 mm thick attaching structure for a safety pin by an ordinary injection molding technique. After the badge surface plate is prepared by press and draw working using a beautifully printed thin steel sheet, the hollow lower face side and the side face of the backside plate 10 formed with an attaching structure for a safety pin are covered to prepare a campaign badge. Then a needle part of the safety pin 20 made of a metal with elasticity is deformed.
