PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select the proper irradiation route of strong ultrasonic wave and to efficiently and safely execute a medical treatment by observing even the state of a blind area and easily discriminating presence or absence of a bone and gas or the like. SOLUTION: A ultrasonic medial treatment device is provided with plural divided partial vibrators 1, the partial vibrators 1 and driven and a living body is irradiated with ultrasonic wave and medically treated. The device is also provided with signal processing circuits 18 which individually process respective receiving signals while the partial vibrators 1 receive reflection wave based on ultrasonic wave irradiated from the partial vibrators 1 and a controller 22 which selectively controls the driving of the partial vibrators in order to select the propagating route of ultrasonic wave based on processing information of the respective receiving signals by the signal processing circuit 18.
