PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-line insertion and extraction circuit which can reduce a rush current. SOLUTION: A 1st power circuit 20 is equipped with 1st and 2nd output capacitors 25 and 26. A 1st delay switch starts charging the 2nd output capacitor 26 a specific period after the 1st output capacitor begins to be charged. Consequently, while the 1st and 2nd output capacitors 25 and 26 are charged with desired electric charges, the 1st and 2nd output capacitors 25 and 26 reduce the rush current. |
