PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further well match operation of a parking brake with a functional demand. SOLUTION: The operation force of the operation member 4 of a parking brake 1 is transmitted as a tension force to the tension device of a wheel brake 2 by a transmission device 6. The transmission device 6 contains at least one element 7. During operation of the operation member 4, a spring element 7 and a tension device are operated between the operation member 4 and the wheel brake 2 like a spring connected to the front and the rear of a spring combination body. This constitution mechanically applies a preload by the spring element 7 in the initial position of the operation member 4. |
