The built-up mucous membrane desired to be incised is enclosed by the opened snare loops 1. The snare loops 1 are adjusted in lateral opening in such a manner that the wires may be independently put in and out by one side each and that the snare loops 1 successfully come exactly onto the line desired to be incised. The snare loops 1 are then converged and are resected by high-frequency current. As a result, the exact and easy application of the snare loops 1 is made possible. |
