PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously, precisely and uniformly deliver a very small amount of fluid without using a fluid injection pump by variably controlling the flow rate of the fluid connected to a fluid supplying line and supplied through a feed nozzle so as to be capable of supplying a very small amount of a lubricating fluid through the feed nozzle. SOLUTION: A movable body member 110 is connected to a fixed body member 120 by a shaft 130 having a tread, and a screw-like shaft 130 is threadedly engaged with the movable body 110. The screw-like shaft 130 is arranged through the hole part 125 of the fixed body member 120, but it is rotatable without screwing. When the screw-like shaft 130 is rotated, the movable body 110 is moved toward the fixed body member 120 in such a manner as to be variable of moving quantity or moved as leaves from the fixed body member 120, a tubular member 140 between both the body members are adjusted and fastened, so that the flow rate of the fluid or air passing in the tube member can be variably controlled.
