PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pressure type brake to prevent a tube from contact with an inside member even when the tube slacks during racing even when the tube is made of a material having no elasticity. SOLUTION: Figure 10 is taken as a tube pressure type brake bank, 20 as an outer frame, 21 as a window part formed in a part of the outer frame, 22 as a space to contain an inside member, not shown, such as a brake drum, 30 as a tube, 31 as a tube folded part at the edge of the window part, 40 as a press plate, 41 as a rivet, and 32 as a hole through which pressure fluid is fed to the tube. A spring 33 is interposed in the tube 30 and the tube 30 is energized axially or axially externally of the tube 30. Thereby, a slack of the tube is prevented from occurring.
