PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply kerosene from a fuel tank into an evaporator without contacting the same with outside air and permit the recovery of unburnt kerosene from the evaporator upon extinguishing fire. SOLUTION: Kerosene in a fuel tank 30 is sucked by an oil sending solenoid pump 46 and is supplied into an evaporator 6 through an inflow pipe 41, attached to the upper surface of the fuel tank 30, an opening and closing valve 50, a safety solenoid valve 64 and an oil sending pipe 45. Upon extinguishing fire, remaining evaporated gas and kerosene are recovered from the evaporator 6 into the fuel tank 30 by a suction solenoid pump 71 through a returning pipe 70, a discharging pipe 43, attached to the upper surface of the fuel tank 30.
