PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction scaffold capable of being built at a low cost without installing an exclusive temporary scaffold for constructing a roof in the erection of a warehouse with a reclaimer, and a construction method thereof. SOLUTION: When the warehouse with the reclaimer, in which cereals, a fertilizer, etc., are stored, is built, a step 2 for moving an operator is formed on the top face of a reclaimer arm 1 constituting the reclaimer. The scaffold with a hydraulic jack for levelling for temporarily placing a frame configuring the warehouse is mounted at that time, and an exclusive scaffold for erecting a roof is made unnecessary.
