PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with various drain metal fittings by integrally continuously arranging the annular collar part in the edge part of an outlet by securing a drain space in the locking part for locking the guide part for vertically movably guiding a plug cover of a drain plug so as to be extractable/insertable in the outlet. SOLUTION: An annular collar part 43 of a holder of the plug part is stuck to the edge of an outlet B1, and a release 3 is installed in the operation part in a desired position of the tank part inside surface along the tank part inside surface. In that case, a mechanical box 5 lowers by receiving energizing force of a spring, and a plug cover 11 is brought into close contact with the annular collar part 43 to block up the opening part 43A to close the outlet B1. A core material 31 on the other end side of the release 3 approaches the bottom of the guide recessed part of a support shaft 12. Next, an operation shaft is push-moved, and the core material 31 is pushed down and advanced to abut to the vicinity of a curved surface of a guide hole by striking on the bottom of the guide recessed part, so that an advancing quantity raises the mechanical box 5 together with the plug cover 11. Thus, the plug part of various drain plugs A1 can be held by being installed in a drain metal fitting for a rubber plug and the outlet B1 before arranging the drain metal fitting.
