PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, stably and efficiently perform pole erection working by one person by providing three or more rope-locking means and a fixing means for a pole on a tool body movable along the outer face of the pole in the axial direction. SOLUTION: A pole erecting tool 1 comprises three substantially U-shaped metal-made rope-locking members 3 welded on a tool body 2 and the outside upper part of the body 2 and a wing bolt 4 being a fixing means screwed on the lower part of the body 2 in the radial direction, and can move along the outside face of a pole 5 in the axial direction. The pole erecting tool 1 is put to extend each rope hooking a loop part on the rope-locking members 3 in three desired directions respectively so as to drive a pile, and the other loop of each rope is hooked on the pile. Next, the lower end of the pole 5 is erected in the body 2 to hold the pole 5 by one hand, lifting is performed along the pole 5 while the tool 1 is held, each rope is tightened, when the ascending movement of the tool 1 is stopped, the wing bolt 4 is tightened, and the tool 1 is fixed on the pole 5. Thereby only one worker can erect the pole 5 easily, efficiently and stably.
