PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent another object from entering a lower space of a load carrying platform by suppressing an increase in the size of an automatically guided vehicle. SOLUTION: In an automatically guided vehicle provided with a lift type load carrying platform 1, a sheetlike cover body CV which can be wound around a basic body B freely like a roll and is energized on a winding operation side is provided, and a feeding tip side of the cover body CV and the basic body B are sorted and arranged on a load carrying platform 1 side and a vehicle body VB side to cover a lower space of the load carrying platform 1 at an ascent position with the cover body CV.
