PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the take-out of a portion and the use thereof as an insert pot as well and to prevent the dispersion of the smell of filth to the outside by freely attachably and detachably inserting the ware body constituting an insert pot shape to the flank opening of a portable toilet body and forming an air curtain at the front surface opening of the ware body. SOLUTION: The ware body for the insert pot which is drawn out of the flank opening of the portable toilet body and is fitted with a bucket 11 is used by removing its cap and inserting the ware body under the hip of a user lying on his or her side. The smell rising from the filth in the bucket 11 is sucked through a suction port 15 and the suction port of the ware body by a fan 17 and is cracked in mid-way by the zone of an ozone generator 18. The flow of the air contg. the cracked smell is deodorized by coming into contact with an active carbon filter 20. Part of the deodorized air flow is then discharged outside from a blast hole 21 and is delivered through the passage between the ware body and the bucket 11 from the blast hole 13 of the ware body and the blast hole 14 of the bucket 11 and is circulated while the air flow forms the air curtain covering the front surface of the bucket 11.
