PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition that has excellent contour extrusion properties resistances to oil and weather and the compatibility to olefinic materials and can be recycled. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of chlorinated polyethylene 5-100 pts.wt. of a crystalline polyolefin resin and 20-1,500 pts.wt. of a rubber component where the rubber component is an olefinic rubber or a hydrogenated styrene rubber with a Mooney viscosity [ML1+4 (100 deg.C)] of 50-350.
