In this case, an insulating gap (s) is formed between the pot core main body 33 and the pot cover piece. Thus, the merit of miniaturization obtained by forming the closed magnetic path can be utilized, and DC superimposing characteristics (inductance) in currents 2A can be turned into a required valued.
