PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of fastening screws, to efficiently fix a circular antenna substrate member to a supporting member with a ring-like pressing member, to improve assembly workability, to fit a device for mass production, and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: A ring-like pressing member 12 formed of a metallic board has plural holes 12a installed at comparatively wide intervals and projection parts 12b installed between the adjacent holes 12a. Plural screws 13 are made to pass through the holes 12a of the pressing member 12, and the holes of an antenna substrate member and they are screwed into a supporting member 10. The pressing member 12 presses the antenna substrate member to the supporting member 10 to fit it. Also the pressing member 12 near the screws 13 presses the antenna substrate member 11 to the supporting member 10, and the antenna substrate member is pressed to the supporting member 10 by the projection parts 12b. Thus, the screwing number of screws 13 is reduced, and an inexpensive antenna device whose workability is satisfactory and which fits for mass production is provided.
