PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a front panel device from interfering with the main body device when a mobile nose rotates. SOLUTION: This chassis 7 on the side of the main body device 1 is provided with a cam hole 9, and also a slide lever 10 driven backward and forward by a motor is provided with a guide hole 11, and the pin 15 of an arm 13 is engaged with these cam holes 9 and the guide hole 11. The tip of the slide lever 10 is coupled rotatably with a first pivot 5 of provided at the lower flank of the mobile nose 3, and the tip of the arm 13 is coupled rotatably with the second pivot 6 provided at the upper flank of the mobile nose 3. By constituting it this way, the arm 13 and the slide lever 10 are shifted integrally to advance the mobile nose 3 erect in parallel in the initial stage where the slide lever 10 advances from retreat position, and then arm 13 and the slide lever 10 are relatively shifted to rotate the mobile nose 3, thus the abutment between the mobile nose 3 and the main body device 1 can be avoided without fail.
