PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide latex for enabling cellulose fibers to be dyed with disperse dye, easy to be dispersed into dope, hardly causing aggregation in spinning, capable of suppressing the lowering of luster of fibers, capable of increasing the fastness of cellulose fibers and enabling the solid dyeing of blended fabric between cellulose fibers and polyester ones to be satisfactorily carried out. SOLUTION: This latex for enabling cellulose fibers to be dyed with disperse dye is obtained by the emulsion polymerization of a monomer mixture comprising anα,β-unsaturated monocarboxylate, an unsaturated carboxylic acid, a crosslinking monomer having any aromatic ring along with at least one of ester bonds and/or ether bonds, an amino group-including monomer and other comonomer in the presence of a reactive emulsifier, and has 5-100 nm particle diameter.
