MANUFACTURE OF HEAT-SENSITIVE STENCIL PRINTING BASE PAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a heat-sensitive stencil printing base paper having image cleanness formed of a non-woven fabric of superior stretchability and processability and of an extremely small number of shots. SOLUTION: A non-woven fabric of 7-40μm average fiber diameters and 30% fiber diameter fluctuation rate or less and substantially being not oriented and a thermoplastic film are laminated together and then oriented. The non- woven fabric used in the above method is manufactured by adjusting the hot gas flow rate per 1 cm width of orifice lines to 0.005-0.1 Nm3/minute in the manufacturing method for the melt blow non-woven fabric to be collected into the sheet shape to a movable collection face while a thermoplastic polymer is fibrillated finely.
