PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically control display device switching operation according to whether or not the computer system is in system environment wherein a TV connector can be used. SOLUTION: When an 'Fn+F5' key is pressed, a display device switching routine judges whether or not the computer system is in the system environment wherein a TV connector is usable from whether or not the system is decked to a docker 200. In a docking state, display destination devices are switched under storage control in the switching order of 'LCD'→'LCD/CRT'→'CRT'→'TV', but in an undocking state, TV is skipped and the display destination devices are switched under toggle control in the switching order of 'LCD'→'LCD/CRT'→'CRT'.
