PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report a user by a reception equipment in the case that the user moves away from a portable telephone equipment, that is in the case that the portable telephone equipment is separated from the user in terms of distance when it is about to be neglected, lost or stolen, by carrying the reception equipment capable of receiving signals originated from the portable telephone equipment at all times. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a battery circuit 3, a transmission part 5 supplied with power from the battery circuit 3, a transmission side power switch 6 connected between the transmission part 5 and the battery circuit 3, the battery pack main body 19 of an attachment structure capable of housing the transmission side power switch 6, the transmission part 5 and the battery circuit 3 and supplying the power of a secondary battery to an electronic equipment, a reception part 13 for receiving the transmission radio waves of the transmission part 5, a reporting means 15 for reporting the presence/absence of the reception of the reception part 13 and a sensor box main body 30 for incorporating the reporting means 15 and the reception part 13. In this case, reporting is performed by the distance of the battery pack and the sensor box.
